Saving the world and saving all the girls is Duke's mission while playing this game and he'll give you the opportunity to help him. They have been talking about the release of this game and working on it since than. Finally Gearbox studios purchased the rights to the game and said they'd have it finished by 2011.
This steroid head gorilla is everything your mom doesn't want you to end up being. An egotistical maniac, whose main focus is how amazing he is, and how perfect everything is about him. Drinking alcohol, smoking cigars, lifting weights and saving the world from the pig cops, and alien invasion.
The game opens up with Duke "doing his business" into a urinal and talking to you while you watch. Your health bar is replaced by your ego, which is replenished by lifting weights, signing autographs and stroking this big guys ego in any way possible. Filled with time consuming fillers, such as mini games and pretty much view the scenery in all of its raunchiness. With all these time consuming extras, this game will take around 16-17 hours to complete which is around double the average game at this time. Although the screen-shots look like the graphics are amazing, the game has been in production since 1998, which means quality won't be completely up to date and some things won't be as HD as we would like.
Although the game should have been released 10 years ago and would have been way ahead of its time, the point is still the same just kicking some ass and chewing some bubble gum... and he's definitely all out of bubble gum in this one.
Duke Nukem Forever is scheduled to release May 3rd 2011. Launch will be fore the PS3, Xbox 360, PC, So be prepared for some more of this fantastic game.
