Terran is a versatile race in Starcraft 2. You can win early in the game with the use of Marines, foil scouts from enemies or win later with a heavy arsenal of tanks and cruisers. The goal of this Terran build orders is to maximize the use of resources and production towards late game. The technique is simple: Just keep on producing SCVs, don't let the supply reach the cap and perform upgrades while doing this.
First, build up to 9 SCVs. By the time you have 9 of them, build a supply depot so that SCV production will not be interrupted. Then, you are free to create more SCVs. It is important to delegate an SCV for construction alone. By this time, you should be building your first Barracks. You can use the Barracks and the Supply Depot to seal off a ramp or choke point that leads to your base. This can foil early raids from your enemies.
When you are hitting 14 SCVs, you have the option to build a Refinery and harvest Vespene Gas. Assign two SCVs to the Refinery. You'll do these if you want to rush Siege Tanks to Banshees. Otherwise, you can just pump out Marines for early defense or attack. Just keep on producing SCVs and Marines while preventing the capping of supply.
The Mule unit is optional to this Terran build orders but, if you have the chance, create this unit to greatly help in building and harvesting. With 50 Vespene gas, create the Tech Lab add-on for your first Barracks. When the Orbital Command is ready, you can call down the Mule.
